[qu also a seafood lover. Can't get ANY fresh seafood here in lovely sunny Arizona!!!!!

I'd have to move!! Love any kind and eat it about 3-4 times a week. Just bought fresh shrimp and scallops at a local seafood place to grill tonight. YUUUUUM.
