I haven't tried it. I always wonder if the glue will get hard down the road after a few washings or just old age, maybe it will discolor my quilt. I purchased reqular quilt binding clips (they look like hair clips) I find these hold the binding well so I can hand stitch to back after machine stitching to the front Good luck .
