Up to 45 minutes in a fast stroll for one dog. Up to five minutes stroll for the other dog (carried the rest of the time).

Edit: Always leashed. This being a college area, there are a lot of off leash dogs who attack. At least I have control of mine. And, I'm obeying the law.
