She has freestuff on there, and a neat video called Binding the Angel, which shows her method of glueing binding on to hold it while she sews, rather than using pins. Since she wins a LOT of competitions, her method must work. She uses Elmer's School glue which washes out, so it doesn't go hard.
I have used Sharon Schamber's method and it DOES work. Check out her videos on "Binding the Angel". All of the glue easily washes out.
