Tell Amanda WAY TO GO!!!! And a pat on the back to you Gramma---My 14 year old grandaughter has ADD also and she likes to do sewing that is quick and fun. When she was in London, England with my son last summer--he taught her how to piece a quilt top and secured the first lines of quilting by machine for her to finish. We are going to be finishing it soon, and then she wants to make some simple things. She is a fabulous drawing artist too. In this day and age, I think kids need their grandparents more than ever with moms and dads working so much. Give her a hug from Katie and me.
