I don't know if I'm in love with all the tight stitching though and actually seem to like it at 2 to 2.5. I did one whole quilt at about 1.2-1.5 length and I can barely see the individual stitches they're so small:>
When you FMQ, I don't set the stitch length any differently than what my machine automatically comes on with. You adjust the stitch length by the speed at which you move the fabric under the needle.
