My recent brain fart involved cutting, not ripping. I was doing a scrappy quilt that involved 84 bricks and 84 four-patches, but my math was a bit off and the 4-patches ended up too big! Had to cut 3/4" off of all 4 sides of 84 squares. Good thing there was a Law & Order marathon on.
