Yes!!!!!!!!!!! potato over rice, especially if it is a baked potato you can control the amount of butter, etc with rice more then likely it would be a rice pilaf or risotto which the rice is sauted in some sort of butter or oil. You don't need the extra fat. Even if it is a baked potato skip the butter and go for a LITTLE sour cream and chives.
