I have a Pfaff 2170 and am learning how to use it. My question is, which threads will work best with it? And where is a good source for them? Where I am Robinson Anton is very popular. I also just learned that it's necessary to use 60 wt. bobbin thread when using the embroidery thread. Is it better (cheaper) to wind your own bobbin or buy the pre-wound ones? I want to make an ABC quilt with embroidered letters. Thanks for any opinions or advice.
