Here is one my family loves.
Meat Loaf With Sweet And Sour Sauce
1 1/2 Pounds ground beef
1 cup tomato sauce or ketshup
1 cup bread crumbs ( I use Italial Style ) or oatmeal
1 medium onion finely chopped
1/4 teaspoon pepper
salt to tast
Lightly mix ingreadents and form into a loaf. Place in a loaf pan place in a 350 degree oven. While this is baking,mix the following,
1/2 cupketshup or tomato sauce
4 to 6 Tablespoon brown sugar
2 Tablespoons vinegar
1 Tablespoon prepared mustard
1 Cup water
Pour over meatloaf and continue baking at least 1 hour. While this is baking,base sauce over meatloaf 3 or 4 times.
