My DH's aunt is celebrating her 80th birthday next week. I wanted to make something special for her. She is still an avid golfer so this is what I came up with. Couldn't pass up the fabric. :) The flag is my first attempt at applique. The flag is loose (to wave in the wind :D ) and the numbers are charms I found at a fabulous bead store we have locally.
