I want to thank my lovely SQA for remembering me and wishing me a happy spring. I haven't thanked her earlier because I didn't know I had received a card.
A very repentant young (10 yr old?) girl and her mom just left. It seems that the little girl found "my" letter in their mailbox and decided to keep it. It had a REAL American stamp on it and there was a REAL American card inside with writing in ENGLISH. Mother found the envelope in the trash and made her come and apologize. :oops:
I haven't seen the card because the little girl tossed it out. However, she did remember that it was from someone called "Lava- erna" who is a "SQA". :roll:
I had to laugh when they left; neither one was particularly good in English and the name and title SQA was a big mystery to them. I was gracious and allowed the little one to learn her lesson and she promised to never do anything like this again.
