Yeah, I don't have a "shopping habit" per se...it's not that I drop $100 every other week, but.....I *do* have a lot of fabric. Confined to one linen-closet size closet, so not like a hoard but it's not like I have "nothing to sew". But I have none like this.
Re: packing my lunch. Oh, if it were that easy, I'd make that sacrifice. But I'm one of those that already bakes bread half the time and I cook dinner from scratch every night. Lunch is always at home...so, we're not like "spenders" really.
