If you can off set the corners so that you don't have 4 pieces of jeans fabric coming together at once it will work out better. Jeans quilts should be very simple like 5 or 6" squares then start the next row with 1/2 a square to do the offsetting. Or do sizable rectangles. Jean quilts also look great if they're tied. Make sure you use at least a size 90/14 or 100/16 needle and good long fiber thread.
