Robin I'm sorry but I don't have the link anymore and can't find it again to save myself. I didn't even look at the name of it.
I can tell you that you cut rectangles 3x6. You alternate your main fabric color - in this case white - with the colored blocks. Make it as long as you like and with as many rows as you want. You cut strips 3" wide of your main fabric color and sew it between the columns. Then you sew a 3" wide border around the outside of it and then you are done with the top. There just isn't much to it to be honest with you. It's easy peasy.

I wish I could be more help but I can't find the link again - I've tried but as easy as it is to make you really don't need a tutorial to do it with.
