yes, I was walking before my doggie passed, then realized i had the walking attached to her in my mind. I didn't walk for a while.
Just got back into it.
Among reasons to walk, one that helps motivate me is a decrease in the risk of osteoporosis.
It makes your bones stronger.
We know it makes our muscles and our heart and lungs stronger, and if we watch our portions, of course we will lose weight, plus the vitamin D and mentally, the endorphins are good for you too. yes, I believe in walking. :D
