I would have no problem using my wedding dress for a quilt. My daughter in law wanted to use her dress to make baby quilts. She's been married 6 years and had a beautiful dress. I have kept my wedding hat with the long tulle in my bedroom next to an awesome double exposed wedding picture. The picture is me looking at my bouquet and the bridal party during the saying of our vows. I couldn't afford the picture when we were married but when the photographer retired he sold every picture in his shop for 1/2 price, so their were many happy people that could finally afford to buy their beautiful display photographs.
