Lots of advice here! I, too, have fallen arches and flat feet. I wear tennis shoes from Walmart!!!! I buy ONLY tennis shoes with arch support. And Walmart has, in the past, carried tennis shoes with Dr. Scholls GEL inserts. Last time I was there, they didn't have them. I am not happy with the tennis shoes and will buy some gel inserts to put in them.
Note: when I'm shopping, and my feet start hurting, I take it as a sign from God to stop and get a bite to eat :mrgreen: :mrgreen:
on edit: My mother's doctor took her off those coil shoes. Too many people have fallen because of them.....that's what HE said, I don't know -- Just be careful.
