When I'm in Florida for the winter I have to quilt at our dining room table and I use shelf liner under my machine so I don't scratch up the table and under the foot pedal also. I bought a roll at the dollar store and cut it up and gave to my quilt buddies for their foot pedals and they thought I was the cats meow.
