I am not good enough on the long arm to do this quilt. I could do a whole lot better if I hand quilted it.
Can you phone your machine dealer and ask what thread they recommend. When I ran into a mess trying to FMQ, I was told that thread can be a very touchy issue and you need to do some practice and testing to find out what threads will work and then stick to that brand. Sounds like a major pain to me especially when it works fine for awhile and then suddenly throws a hissy on me. Good luck.
