My thread is doing ok, the quilting isn't. I think I need to try Sharon Schamber's method of quilting. She uses foam pads and rice bags to weight down the bed for more control. That is a lot of my problem. The long arm moves so smoothly, and fast, that one tiny movement on my part gets my sewing line totally out of whack.
I also ordered micro-handles that should be here any day so that my hands are closer to the work.
