I really like this because the sausage give it moisture and extra flavor.
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 pound sweet itilian sausage
2 eggs slightly beaaten
1 1/2 cup oatmeal
1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon prepared mustard
2 tablespoons evaporated milk
2 tablespoons catsup
combine all ingredients. mix lightly but well bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour 20 minutes.
