Check out this sites Tessellation Quilts. On the page I am sending you she says if we leave a message asking for a tute and she gets enough messages she will do a tutorial. So maybe if we all leave a reply asking we can get one. I know how to do tesselations but would realy like to know how she does hers! So many different ones. Check them out on her other pages.
