I wish I knew too. I am in So Cal, but would come to a N. California one if it was $500. The best one is actually at Asilomar in Pacific Grove calle Empty Spools, I use to go every year, but it has gotten a little to pricy now. If you do a google search for Empty Spools Asilomar, you will find it.
