I've never been on one, so I don't have any information. But, there were a couple of places in our local mountains that were offering guest quarters for quilting retreats, including room, food and the space. We would have to provide our own teacher or program for the weekend. Some of us have been talking about doing it. There isn't much near us in the lower Central Valley, so we would have to travel to go to an organized one.
