Remember, just like in using a keyboard, for sewing, keep arms from elbow to hands parallel with floor. keep legs from hip to knee parallel to floor. I have an ergonomic pillow to sit on, helps me sit up straight. If I don't, it quite literally, wants to throw me in the floor. Silvia
