What a great find! Resembles a lingerie chest to me and definitely looks French because of the curvaceous bottom. I did a real quick search for you and really think it's a bombe. Although http://www.belleescape.wordpress.com says it's a French curve chest. And http://www.bombechests.com says this type furniture was inspired by the Orient and it's classified as Louis XV furniture very popular with the belly outward curve of furniture in the 1700's. Of course, yours is the reverse of the belly outward curve in front but not in the back. Prices I saw were from 800-2,000K. Here's a few pics that I thought resembled your antique. There's also plenty of free online antique appraisals one is @instaappraisal.com. I always refer to Kovel's antique price guides when checking the values.

Now I think the white one looks closest to yours. Good luck in your search. love those antiques!
