Absolutely!!! Like someone else said, this is the state that ELECTS the people that make our license plates.
In actuality it's a state funded retirement plan for our politicians.
We elect them, they spend a few years in office stealing what they can, we convict them, and they get to live off the state for the next several years----quite a bit like they were doing while in office except it doesn't pay as well.
