Karen, isn't it nice to have some plants that belonged to family? I have some of my Grandma's forget-me-nots, and several bunches of my uncle's daylilies. He had all sorts of speciman plants,cuz he liked to crosspollenate. I had my Great Grandmothers wooden arbor in the garden until 3 years ago. It was destroyed in a bad storm. I was trying to convince my husband that we could fix it...in hindsite I know he was right, but how I cried....
But this morning I took Tink out for her morning constitutional, and my lilac bush is opening....YIPPEE!
