I've been married for close to 30 years. So my kids are adults and now I have grandchildren. My husband & I have a carpet cleaning & dyeing company. A Mom & Pop business...just the two of us. I answer the phones and do a lot of the office work. Not much money, but I was able to be the room mom at school for my kids and be at home if they were sick. Plus, I babysat my grandkids when they were babies. It was hard to answer the phone in a business like way with young children & taking care of the house & yard at the same time...hahaha. (You know, kids always want you when you're on the phone.) It's been a blessing, at times a curse, but mostly a blessing. A curse because most people don't give you the credit for working and think you are free to do them a favor. But, I wouldn't change a thing. Good luck to you.
