I learned the Cotton Theory technique from watching Sewing with Nancy and also by getting Betty's 2 books and dvd. Designed a baby quilt for my granddaughter a couple of years ago and used this method. Loved it and the quilt turned out great. Unfortunately I mailed it to her before I took a picture. Have another quilt to design for new baby coming so may try and refresh myself in the technique and design it around this method. Was a lot of fun but the dvd does help in learning what it is about.
