I just got our big chest type freezer defrosted (also hubby helped, well I guess he did most of the work) ha ha
we took all the meat out, turn off freezer, and then waited for an hour or so and used a putty knife to get the chunks of ice off, he used a bucket to get the big pieces out from bottom of freezer since it is hard for me to reach that far now
took a towel to wipe off inside of freezer, turn it back on and waiting for it to get cold again so we can put the meat back in it
(have the meat in side by side freezer now, to transfer and organize it again)
