How wide are the broad strips in the one with the red background? If they are wide enough I would fussy cut it so as to take full advantage of the interesting design. I see two different pattern variation squares you could utilize. First cut on the light green stripe between the two black stripes to make strips. Then cut one set of strips at the large black dots and the other set of strips at the small black dots. You will have to figure out how seam allowances fit into this mix, so you may not end up with as many squares as you might expect!) but it would be a really nice showcase of this gorgeous fabric. Then you can use your other two fabrics as sashing/borders around your focal squares.
