I, too am signed up to donate organs, but as I have gotten waaay older than I ever thought I would be--I wonder, too if anyone would want my organs :oops:
Several years ago I saw on CSI where Gil Grissom had a 'body farm'. That intrigued me so much that I looked into it!! As I don't especially want to be buried or burned, I thought that laying out in some field or woods with other bodies would be a great alternative!!! (NOT that I will really know or care at that time-but it gives me peace now!)
There are several orgs that do this type of thing for scientific research. The other upside is no funeral charges!!
