Since I already ordered it, I have to give it a chance. Honestly, if it turns out to be dud, I'll send it back. There are some things I am not crazy about on the 6600. If anything, I'd check out the new one (the 7700). Believe it or not, but I prefer the front load bobbins and the built-in walking foot.
