Dglvr: Our family favorite pork roast is:

1 Pork Roast - I use boneless Pork Loin (on sale this week at Safeway stores for $1.99 pound.)

1 Can Cranberry sauce-we like the jellied cranberries but
whole berry sauce is good, too.

1 Envelope Lipton Dry Onion Soup Mix

Spray the crock pot with PAM spray and put the pork roast in the pot. Pour the onion soup mix over the meat and chop up the cranberry sauce into smallish pieces and put over the meat and soup. Put lid on the crockpot and cook on high for 1 hour and on low for about 4 hours.

Serve the sauce in the bottom of the pot in a gravy boat at the table. Even if you don't like cranberries, you'll love them on this roast. This is such a good recipe and I've made it hundreds of times. Leftovers make great PULLED pork sandwiches on a hamburger or Hoagie bun. Delicious!
