Thanks again, everyone. All your ideas are super. I'll keep the baking ideas in mind and I really like the suggesions for mixing it with other fruits and pudding or eating it with cottage cheese. For sure I'm going to try the baking soda mouthwash idea!
Yes, I do have an Aldi's nearby, and that's where I bought mine - for .89! I was afraid there would be something wrong with it, like all rotten inside or something, because pineapples in my local super markets were $3 and $4 ! But it was delicious. The markup in food in just amazing, isn't it?
