I haven't tried her recipe yet but if I do I would increase the eggs to about 6 and the cream cheese to 2 lb. and the sour cream to 1/2 c. as the cheesecake is very dense, tall, rich and IMO it will require these additions, but I am sure her recipe is a close second to Junior's. The amount of cheesecakes sold at Junior's in one day is staggering but can't remember the figure!! I am sure it will be a delight! Let me know how it turns out!! bol. n2.
