I doubt that the processing would do anything to the chemicals...
Fish caught around certain big cities with sewage/chmicals dumped into the bays are chock full of all kinds of nasty chemicals. Outside San Francisco fish have been caught with all kinds of nasty tumors and deformities...the pictures were awful that I seen, I did not even recogonize the fish, even after being told what breed they were. I would think it would be worse in some of the other countries where this kind of dumping is even worse.

I think I will pay more for my fish and seafood and KNOW where they are coming from :wink:
