the tuna thing - they say that tuna carries too much mercury. children and child-beearing-age women should severely curtail their intake and averyone else shouldn.t eat too much, either. you can probably google the recommended amounts.
on the canned salmon, a lot of the cans say alaskan caught, so i feel okay about that and wild caught alaskan. what else can i not eat? sardines, anchovies, herring bits in jars, etc. ?
the fish from the great lakes? how safe are they?
