The Hancock's where I shop has very lousy customer service also. Everytime I have been in there, there is only one salesperson who cuts the fabric and then goes and checks the person out. Then back to cutting. I saw one lady at the checkout who wasn't getting fabric wait for 15 minutes to check out. I will not be going back.
