How do you put on a doorknob? Do you just cut a circle and applique it on? Thanks in advance for your help.

I just sewed on a little black bead for my door knob!! :D But you could also use a small black button. I hope this helps out.

jacquie, i like your outhouse picture. i remember the boards always having cracks between them, and you portrayed that. :)

I agree with you!! :thumbup: Everyone has done an outstanding job on their blocks. Before you know it, the September block will be out, so be ready to pick out your fabrics & start sewing again!!

I cut out a small circle for the doorknob and appliqued it on.
