I need to make a couple of these but didn't have time today, sewing batik blocks. Sulabug do you know when they will start the block of the month again? Think this project of the month will be great, seems like I always need some little giftee's.

I like this idea of a doable project. I have been wanting to make one of these baskets/boxes. So I am going to plan on this one.

I wonder if the BOM and POM could be on separate threads, so finding the directions for each would be easier?

I love this idea. Hope I can get around to it, because I have a friend I could make this January project for. Her birthday is in April, so I'd be way ahead!

I got one done! Whoohoo! I thought about making this for some time. All it took was this thread to get me going I think it turned out good. It didn't take me long at all, and I think I will make some for valentine's day. Christmas, and birthdays. This is awesome. Thanks

luvTooQuilt,
I use a 10" square and a 2" triangle. I just posted more on the other thread with photos. I guess this thread is directions and the other one photos. I will say it is fun to make and quick.

I made bunches of these last year. Will post them. I'd love to join in. I won't be making another box this month but look forward to next months project. This is a great project idea Sulabug. These boxes are so useful. I made dozens and I'm using them to store my bits of fabric. Also these are great stash busters. I did post some pictures on my blog
