Default 1-October-2014 Project of the Month Direction's & Discussion.

Good Morning Everyone,

Now it's time to post the direction's for the Project of the Month for October. I have picked out this Easy Table Runner Pattern & believe me they do make up fast, so this is a great idea for holidays to give as gifts or keep for yourself. I have made two of these & plan to make more for gifts. Enjoy!!

thank you for putting this on here - perfect timing for me. last october our sewing group had an ugly fabric challenge which is due next week. nothing like waiting til the last minute huh? i had almost two yards of what someone considered ugly fabric but i loved it. so far i have made an apron but when i saw this pattern what a perfect way to use up the rest of the fabric. got the table runner already cut out and tomorrow i am planning on cutting the placemats. i think i may use the leftover fabric and make a set of coasters using the same technique. don't know if i will be able to post pics but i am going to try! thanks again!

Nice quick alternative to 10 minute table runner. I like the idea of the layer of fleece for a little added protection.

Hello Everyone,

As you know this month is quickly coming to an end & it will be time for me to post the November 2014 Project of the Month. I am very excited with this next project, as a member of this board has designed & made an example of this special pattern to share with all of us. Be sure to keep an eye out for the posting on November 1st!!
