I couldn’t find a navy that was the right colour for my sashing. I had decided to give this quilt to my sister in law. She is a good painter and has better colour sense than I do. She doesn’t know this quilt is for her. I sent her my options and asked her what she thought was best. I was leaning to the green polka dots but figured if she were going to get the quilt I would go with her choice. She picked the light coral.
i finally have it made and in the sandwich. After I take the dog for a walk I will start quilting it. Excuse the pins; I should have taken the picture before I pinned.

Beautiful JanieW. Love the colors you chose. At first glance, I thought, Wow she even kept her design in vertical order. Then I realized it was the pins holding the sandwich together. Sometimes it takes a while for my coffee to kick in.
