    CraftyLady,

Of course, there is room for one more - or a hundred more. We love having someone join us! Welcome. We have those who are nearly finished with their quilt & some who only have finished a block or 2 & everything in between! AND, the Quilt POlice were arrested a while back as they were impersonating an officer, so you have nothing to fear for any reason. Glad to have you with us. We are a curious bunch, so we would like to know - what size are you making your blocks, background color, fabric type(s), hand applique or machine? You know, all the 411!

Edit: Ooops, I didn't read all the way thru, & you gave us all the juicy info - sowwy! Thanks for the info.

Welcome to the group crfty! It doesn't matter what block you are on, just share so we can oooohhhh and awwwww!

Lesley, it almost looks like she just did the 7" blocks, no sashing and no little borders. Funny, the quilt looks great no mantter how you do it! :D

I am picking up my embroidery thread today. I have the first 2 blocks made I just need to embroider them and then figure out how to post pictures.

Hi, Crfty - so glad you joined us.

For all the others, just to let you know I am now back with quilting my AOTH, since I no longer have any visitors. So far, I have about half of it done, or perhaps a bit less.

I am still undecided about what to do with the larger paces within the block designs...... leave them alone? Fill them in? Decisions, decisions.

I'm wondering about the same thing as I am doing the blocks. I'll post a pic that I saw that I liked...if I can find it

celiaquilts (I think is the name) I like what she did though

I like that she put them on point and added sashing between the blocks
