I heard shouts of glee way over in the classified section of the board. Just had to come and and peek... Houses, barns, buildings, oh my... count me in. The perfect theme for a country gal living on a farm. Now to pick the fabrics! Thanks so much for hosting this SulaBug!!!

I have never done a BOM before and I can't figure out how it works. How does one sign up and get the pattern and directions?

well i bought my fabric for the skies and the roofs on the house's and will use from my stash for the remainder (house walls, ground etc...)

this is a great idea -- I will have a good variety by the end of the year. Ane because they will be mine, I can color coordinate.

I am using the same for roof and skies unless I can find a stormy sky fabric and a tile fabric to interchang with the wood slats and the white clouds on a blue sky

I'm in, I'll give it a try. Paper piecing gives me a stomach ache though.

You'll find it's not as bad as you think, once we get going. Everyone will have some tips to make it easier.
