The PC templates are coming out right on 8 1/2 blocks, so I am happy.
QNS, My blocks are ALL coming out at 7-7/8 inches. I have tried to make adjustments but they still come out 1/8" short and as long as they are all the same that's fine with me.

Welcome back! It sure was worth the wait to see your blocks. Beautiful! I love your basket fabric. Thanks for mentioning the block size. I thought it was just me-mine are about 7 1/2 or 7 3/4; I'm hoping I can tame them with sashing and cornerstones. Even the blocks I paper pieced are smaller than 8".

Thanks Jan, What I like about this group is that everyone pitches in....so great to know.

If all your blocks are coming out the same ...no matter what the size...as long as they are the same. I used EQ for one of the blocks and it came out the correct size. the pping using the CD on my cp are coming out 1/8" short even the whole block layout is 1/8" short. I just had to make sure because I'm a nut about precise measurements.

I've noticed that the templates aren't as accurate as I'm used to so sometimes the easing almost looks like gathers. I'm working on the pressing with care so I'm hoping I'm not contributing too much to the problem. I'm learning so much and enjoying the other riders. Glad you're back Honchey and that you started this ride.

Gardnergal, I haven't had trouble with the templates, they seem to fit each other fine. My blocks are all turning out a little smaller that called for, but like Anne said, they're all within the same size so when all put together they work. This happened to me with FWS-I think it's my printer. At least I'm consistently wrong LOL.

Default Basket of flowers and Betty's Delight

Hey All, I've been hold up in the sewing room. I got stumped with Betty because I didn't have just the right fabrics.
So........ I got to go look for more! You all have such beautiful blocks!!!!! I have no idea about sashing, I'll cross that bridge later.
Anael, I love the colors in your flower basket.
JeanieG, Lovely colors in both blocks, love those tiny horseshoes!
JanieW, beautiful colors in your flower basket.
gardenergal, what a great circle quilt, beautiful colors, looks like a lot of work!
I guess my quilt will be scrappy too. Not following any color scheme.
Here are my latest blocks.
I had problems with the basket block, not sure why.

Yeah Honchey, back on the trail ride you are and posting cute blocks to boot. Nice basket fabric. It reminds me of the plaid design used by Thermos back in the day when I carried my lunch to country school! And the brown in the Betty block looks like dark brown worn leather.
Termi the stars so complement the dark blue fabric. Neat little flowers popping out of the the basket. If you had problems it doesn't show.

Gardenergal, I just re-read my post re templates and it sounds so snooty-I apologise. I wasn't suggesting that you were doing something wrong. I was suggesting check your printer. I should read my replies before I hit send--so sorry. Can I blame DH? He was prowling around suggesting it was time for lunch and I was "suggesting" maybe he get his own LOL. So sorry!
Termi, you are nailing these blocks! Love the colors you used-nice contrast.
