Rachel....I just printed out the variations for L10 and M3...lots of pieces, but looks doable...try looking at those.

I worked on M3 last night and I'm almost finished...just need to add 3 more of the outside sections. There are a couple of things I learned (besides the fact that I'm sewing waaaayyy over my head)

    1. ...I think I FINALLY got the Y seam secret down pat...at least for me....on the first seam, I started stopping about 1/4" BEFORE I get to the inside point of the "Y". Then I position the second seam by folding, rearranging, refolding, and holding my mouth just right until it is 'flat', then I sew that seam, then refold and arrange the first seam again and finish sewing that 1/4" that I left. This works for me...it may not work for anyone else.

    2. I have a ton of bulk with all the seams. I removed the paper to try to help it, but I probably should have ironed the seams open...is that what you guys did??

Great stuff, Patti, whatever works for you. I iron as many as I can open - sometimes they just don't want to go that way, so then I give in and iron them to one side.
