Nice block (and instruction!) Barb M. I LOVED your tip about folding the square to make a stitching line. I learn something new every day. Or in my case, every 20 minutes!

Here are some cutting instructions for the 12" pieced block:

Color 1 (Background): Nine 2-1/2" squares, One 2-1/2" x 4-1/2" rectangle
Color 2: One 2-1/2" square, One 2-1/2" x 4-1/2" rectangle, One 2-1/2" x 6-1/2" rectangle
Color 3: One 2-1/2" x 6-1/2" rectangle, one 2-1/2" x 8-1/2" rectangle
Color 4: One 2-1/2" x 8-1/2" rectangle, one 2-1/2" x 10-1/2" rectangle
Color 5: One 2-1/2" x 10-1/2" rectangle, one 2-1/2" x 12-1/2" rectangle

Thanks for choosing this block :D I always looked at it but seen to many angles, match points, etc... and it intimidated me! But, with your tutorial, Chele's cutting instructions, Moonpi's tutorial, I will definitely give this one a try :D :D :D
